Answer:

4

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Neelaveni Goes by bicycle to high school everyday average speed is 12 kilo metres and she reached the school in 20 minutes what is the increase in speed if she reach them school in 15 minutes this sum is direct and inverse proportion

We know that speed = distance / time

So distance = speed x time taken

                     = 12 x 20 / 60

Distance = 4 km

Now the speed is increased and time is 15 minutes = 15/60 = 1/4

So speed = 4 / 1/4

                  = 16 km / hr

Now increase in speed will be 16 – 12 = 4 km / hr
