Answer:

Nidhi borrowed Rs 100000 for 3 year at the rate of 5% per annum , So

Principle amount P = Rs 100000

Time ( In year ) t = 3 years

And

Rate of interest r = 5%

We know simple interest = P × r × t100

So,

Interest money after 3 year = 100000 × 5 × 3100 = 1000 × 5 × 3 = Rs .15000

So, Total money Nidhi owed after 3 year = 100000 + 15000 = 115000

And As she paid interest money , So she still have total money owed = 115000 - 15000 = 100000

Then

Agian Interest money after 3 year = 100000 × 5 × 3100 = 1000 × 5 × 3 = Rs .15000

So,

Total money Nidhi has to return after 3 year = 100000 + 15000 = Rs . 115000
