Silver+Hydrogen sulphide (from air)----->Silver sulphide+Hydrogen

We should always remember that the loss of electron is oxidation and gain of electrons is reduction. Here the initially silver was in its atomic state with no loss of electron but then it loses electrons while combining with sulphur. So loss of electron is oxidation.....
