There are 10 mangoes that Mayank has and 30 mangoes that Neeraj has.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the number of mangoes that Mayank has be 'x'

Let the number of mangoes that Neeraj has '3x'.

According to question, we get that

\dfrac{x+8}{3x+6}=\dfrac{1}{2}\\\\2(x+8)=3x+6\\\\2x+16=3x+6\\\\16-6=3x-2x\\\\10=x

Hence, there are 10 mangoes that Mayank has and 30 mangoes that Neeraj has.
