Negative change you may encounter as a student or employee

I may not understand the question but I think you are referring to what negatives might come up when you start a job or career that you weren’t anticipating?

I think the key word is CHANGE. Change is inevitable. Jobs in some fields rarely live up to the “hype” that they might have when a student is studying in that field. Most jobs require “grunt work” and things that are NOT fun or enjoyable; often students or new employees think they should be above that. Especially when beginning a career, a new employee should expect MORE of that.

Also, technology and other advancements force change. The employee who refuses to learn new skills (such as new computer programs) ends up being a problem. Again, change is going to happen and those who embrace change or deal with it better are those that will survive, in the long run.

Oh- you are also going to work for idiots. At some point, in some job, you will be smarter than your boss, guaranteed (at least in your mind). Deal with it. Learn to deal with someone who is NOT a good manager. That’s another type of change necessary!

Arousal of the rebellious part in our nature is the negative change encounter as a student or employee.

Explanation:

As a student or employee we have to suffer from many problems but the big one is the arousal of the rebellious part in our nature. As a student, when we are growing up, we think that we should be provided with more independence and there should no one who could stop us.

Now whenever our teacher and parents call us to focus on our studies, we think that they are trying to dominate us. Now our rebellious part becomes much active and it begins to confuse us.
