bcz nucleus has proton means positive charge
( neurons do not have any charge...so nucleus is positive )
and
electrons means negative charge revolves around the nucleus
bcz positive charge always attracts negative charge ,....

Yes ,it is true..
because in nucleus there are present proton which is a positively particle and neutron which is a neutral particle but on orbit the electron moves around the nucleus of an atom is a negatively particles
