so selling price = 8 x 28.50 = Rs.228

4 eggs broken  .  So the remaining eggs are = 100 - 4 = 96 eggs are left . 
She sells remaining eggs for Rs. 28.50 a dozen
Cost Price( C.P)  = Rs.50

One dozen contain 12 pieces .So 96 eggs contains = 96/12 = 8 dozens of eggs.

Selling Price( S.P)  = 8 x 28.50 = Rs.228

Hence Total Profit = 228 - 50 = Rs.178
