Neha is a 25-year-old girl from Hyderabad
visiting her friend Nisha in Amritsar. Nisha
is going to cast her vote to elect a Municipal
Councillor. Neha is not allowed to vote. Why?​

Neha is not allowed to vote because she is a citizen of Hyderabad. She cannot vote in Amritsar which is her friend Nisha’s place.
