Given :  she wants to take x-coordinate from the set A = {0, 1, 2, 3, 5} and y-coordinate from set B = {–3, –2, –1, 0, 1, 2, 3}.

To Find :  How many ordered pairs Neha can make from A to B

Solution:

set A = {0, 1, 2, 3, 5}

=> n(A) = 5

set B = {–3, –2, –1, 0, 1, 2, 3}.

=> n(B) = 7

ordered pairs = n(A) * n(B)

= 5 ( 7 )

= 35

35  ordered pairs
