Respected sir,

Through this letter, I wanted to enquire about Short - Term courses and classes which were scheduled in summer vacations of this year. Sir, two months ago you announced that your organization will be offering vocational course classes to the youths. But sir we have got no information about it yet. Sir I am particularly interested in drama and martial arts program.

Sir can you please announce the dates and beginning of these classes ? Sir please provide me the details of fees of those courses, time taken and the days for courses with time tables. Sir all these will help us prepare our chores accordingly.

Sir all these courses shall help us in moulding our future more better. Sir I wanted to know the venue of these courses and hoe many participants in maximum can participate in each course from each school and of each age category.

Kindly provide me details for all these.
