Nelson Mandela expreses that everyman has twin obligation;

  • 1st one to his family , parents , wife and children .
  • 2nd one to his nation and his people.

Obligation stands for responsibility , duty and commitment. According to Mandela everyman is capable of to fulfill his olbligation according to his own inclinations and abilities . But the harsh rule of the white people obstructed Mandela to fulfill is own obligation and this was an inhumane act.
