Nelson Mandela gave his first interview on television in 1961. This interview was given when 69 blacks were killed by the security forces when they were against apartheid for have not right to vote.
He was in the favor of non violence. As he talked to the government in non violence manner but some people thought that it is useless to talk such government in non violence. This is the right time to stand up against government and need to savage.
