Nelson Mendela in his inaugural speech used two words 'so glorious of human achievement' and 'an extraordinary human disaster'.What did he meant by by that?​

"SO GLORIOUS OF HUMAN ACHIEVEMENT" means The achievement has been labelled as glorious because people have worked hard to achieve it and many have lost their lives. He says that the sun shall never set again which means that the country shall never have to face oppression again.

"AN EXTRAORDINARY HUMAN DISASTER" means The 'extraordinary human disaster' that Mandela mentioned at the beginning of his speech refers to the inhuman practice of apartheid i.e., the racial discrimination suffered by the blacks at the hands of whites in South Africa.
