i) they have completely filled octet shell

ii) because they are completely filled shells and thus they door have the tendency to gain or lose electrons. thus they are unreactive.

Neon and agree on that and chances the common atoms have in common are on the tractor characters why are they not getting answers because they’re all wrapped in gases because till hundred cases on that
