Explanation:
Nepal and India have been neighbors since ancient time. Nepal’s foreign trade was high with Tibet as well in old times. With the diversification of foreign trade and necessity to use sea, Nepal's foreign trade got heavily concentrated to India because of the geological factors. The nearest and convenient port for Nepal is in India. The roads are better across India and Nepal rather than across Nepal and China. The tough terrain in the North makes Nepal’s trade with China difficult and the Chinese port is far from Nepal in compare to Indian ports.
