net charge on electric dipole is zero,then how it is creating electric filed?

A dipole consist of equal amount of positive and negative charge, the sum total of the charge is zero. But electric field lines for a +be charge moves outwards and for -vs in ward thus creating a continuous but uncloesd field
#fields lines comes out from the + vs charge and ends at the - be charge
So electric fields for a dipole do exist
