GIVEN : Net profit before  charging comission is 49,500

TO FIND : Commission amount

SOLUTION :

As we have the profit before  charging commission and managers commission is allowed after charging such commission.

In this case commission is given by adding the percentage of commission to hundred.

Now we will find the commission amount.

Managers Commission  = 49,500  ×\frac{10}{110}

                                        =  4,500

Managers Commission is 4,500.

Profit after commission is 45,000.

Commission amount will be 4,500 .
