Yes in a way due to hackers in present society it has not been secured.... But at times we can secure our site by keeping passwords etc

The policies do not allow unauthorized access. Users of the Internet are alloted IDs and their passwords.

Both the public networks and the private ones are monitored by the network policies. Thus, network does provide security to us.
