Neutralisation happens when an acid and a base reacted together. Calculate the mass
of sodium hydroxide, NaOH that is needed to neutralise 250cm3 of 0.5M of nitric acid

let the volume total be 250+x

n*valency factor * vol total = n*v factor * vol total

0.5*1*(250+x) = n*1*(250+x)

n=0.5m/MM

= 0.5

m= 0.5*23 = 11.5 gm
