Neutrons have magnetic moment even though the charge on a neutron is zero.

(a) Magnetic moment can come without any charge any where

(b) Neutrons have positive and negative charges, the total being zero.

(c) A neutron has a proton and an electron inside as clear from its decay.

(d) A neutron has charges inside,  each of which has a magnitude less than that on an electron.
