he meaning of the saying 'never judge a book by its cover' is that we can't simply judge people only by their appearances.

But, this is not always true. For instance, if an employer wants to recruit an employee and hundreds of people apply, the employer will probably narrow the list down based on first impressions. In other words, the employer is judging them by their 'cover' to save time.

But when it comes to choosing friends, we have to choose carefully. Some people might be bad for us. If we choose them wrongly, the consequences are very serious - the wrong kinds of friends can create all kinds of trouble for us.

I think, rather than judging a book by its cover, we need to read the content of the book and base our judgments on what we see there.

Hola mate !!

First of all thanks for asking this good question

So lemme start

" Never judge a book by its cover ". It means we shouldn't judge anyone by looking at his / her appearance. As we all know outer beauty is nothing. This all are fake things. We should always judge somebody by his/ her heart. I mean we should see whether the person is good or bad by his heart. Actually we must have seen that people do friendship only to those who are good looking. Here I'm not saying anything wrong for them. Bcoz it's natural tendency. All are seeing only outer beauty. But we should change the mentality of others. We should not consider anybody wrong by looking at his / her appearance only. We cannot judge anyone by looking at his / her beauty only.

Appearances are always deceptive. We should always remember this. It's not compulsory now if the person is good looking then he/she is also good in his or her nature also. We should always judge somebody by his soul. We should see their nature and behaviour.
