So babies begin to learn speech before they are born??

yes they can hear the voice of their parents when they still remain in the womb of their mother

ya...it seems that..babies can understand when one scold them or play with them ..etc!!!! Like..they react when one try to do some activities..They understood what one said..like when we used to say "he is a bad boy" some child use to cry.. Hence it is proved that they learn their language when they were at their mother's womb!!!!!
