Salutation ( Dear sir or Madam )

Heading ( using sub is optional )

Body of the letter

• Paragraph 1 (The purpose of writing the letter)
• paragraph 2( State the problem and unconvince caused to you or mass)
• paragraph 3( What you want to be done)

Subscription (since formal letter , use only Yours faithfully ; Y capital and f small letter )
