The different features of services are as follows:-

\bold{1)\:Intangibility\: Services} are intangible as they cannot be seen or touched. They are abstract and invisible.

\bold{2)\:Perishability\: Services} cannot be stored for future use. For example, if a bus has 10 vacant seats now, these cannot be utilised in future.

\bold{3)\:	Inseparability \:Services} are produced and consumed at the same time. The service cannot be separated from the service provider.

\bold{4)\:Variability \:Services} are not standardised and uniform, and differ from one service provider to another, e.g. the type of service, which a waiter provides in a hotel may not always be the same.
