1.According to Newland ,every elementary starting from a given element resemble in its properties to that of starting elements ,when

element are arranged in ascending order of their atomic weight

2. According to Newland ,the properties of fluorine and chlorine are similar and sodium and potassium ate Similar same as packed is given by modern periodic table .

3. Medeleff divided it into horizontal rows and vertical columns . He called them as periods and groups respectively Modern Periodic table also shows the same .
