because newly formed dna is consist of both male and female genes so it take some time to completely form it in a male or a female offspring

DNA copying may not be identical at times because it involves the DNA of both the parents. 50 percent of the DNA is transfered to the progeny from both the male and female gametes with its one characters. Hence, newly formed DNA copies may not be identical.
