for the Independence day takes rounds and all we see are Indian flags,
decorated houses and a sense of patriotism. There occurs an unfortunate incident
at G.D. Goenka Public School, Gurgaon.
It was reported that a boy named "ABC"
of class 10th was made to run in the corridors to get some things required for
the decoration. While running, the kid did not notice the water spilt on the
floor which unfortunately caused him to slip. The matter got worse when his
head accidentally landed right on the stairs. The boy lost consciousness then
and there.
"ABC is currently in ICU and is
fortunately making some recovery, We hope to make him alright by the end of
this week" Says Dr. M.D. Sharma, Senior doctor at Medanta Hospital,

By: Nikhita
Independence day is when all the children seem to smile due to chocolates they recieve and the kind of celebrations at school. But, an incident at ABC world School had changed the scenario of Rishikesh, the son of the CM of Orissa, studying in grade 10.
According to his classmates, the boy was sitting in the hot sun to watch the independence day celebrations. But due to the scorching heat, be faced dehydration and fell unconscious. His friends claim that his water bottle was empty and had no source of water left which made him lose his consciousness.
He was immediately made to drink water with glucose mixed in it. " He is completely fine, all he has to do is make sure that he has a bottle of water with him everytime." said Ms. Kanchana Sharma, the school nurse.
"The school has decided to take preventive measures. We decided to build a roof so that none of the students face the same situation again." Says Mr. Raghav Kumar, the principal. Overall, the school has taken a good, preventive step.
