Delhi tops the list among the cities in the country in terms of fatal road accidents with five people - four of whom are pedestrians and two wheeler riders losing their lives everyday, a report by the Central Roads and Highway Authority of India.
So, A Programme was organised by the local Shri Satya Sai Trust on the road safety measures. A round 9am all the members of the trust and the participants gathered at the Gandhi Road Junction and went to the Satya Sai Baba Mandir as rally. The local Central Union Minister for Transport Authority Shri. Nithin Gadkari was the chief guest. He advised the youth to where helmet ⛑️ on bikes and seat belt in cars. And to not drive too fast for thrill except in emergency cases.
The Head Of Dehli Traffic Control Department also advised to follow the rules like
- ☆ Never Drink & Drive.
- ☆ Always Wear Seat Belt.
- ☆ Keep a Safe Distance from the vehicle ahead.
- ☆ Always Avoid Distractions.
- ☆ Never Break Red Signal.
- ☆ Always Drive Within Speed Limit.
- ☆ Avoid the Drowsiness While Driving.
- ☆ Watch Out For Drivers On the Road.
All are advised to follow the rules.
