Dear friends, I was nominated as head to report regarding the recent cyclone affected area Chennai.

• It was a worst experience I have had in my life. Due to no proper communication facilities and no road approach facility no NGOs could also approach this cyclone affected area.

• The people available in this area has suffered a lot. Many people got injured and no medical attention was given, lack of availability of medical facilities.
• Many children and old aged people suffered lack of food for about 48 hours. No Electricity, no communication and no transportation.
• Almost all 48 to 50 hours people over here suffered here. Even though I was available at there I could not respond and help them as there are no facilities.
• I have tried to help them by shifting them from strucked houses to a safe place.
• This was a worst experience and I would like to share with you.
