Newton's second law of motion can be written as

Suppose a body of mass 'm' is moving with initial velocity 'x' and due to a constant acceleration its velocity changes to 'V' in time interval t.

F is directly proportional to mv-mu/t

F is directly proportional to m(v-u)/t

F is directly proportional to ma

F=K ma

Where k is a proportional constant.

In SI units, value of K =1

Since,[f=ma]

Hope it helps you
