actually we cannot prove it mathematically
but i can prove by taking a situation,
You consider two bodies (eg masses) if one atracts the other and it accelerates, the combined system has a change in momentum when there is no external force. If there are equal and opposite forces, then both bodies experience Fxt but in opposite directions so there is no change in momentum to the system as a whole and no external force. This is then consistent with Newton’s 2nd Law.
