Newton's third law of motion states that every action has a equal and opposite reaction.

In an interaction of two bodies A and B , the magnitude of reaction is equal in magnitude to the action, but they are in directions opposite to each other

action - the force which makes a body to move

reaction - the equal force applied in a opposite direction of action
