Hello there!
Explanation: Newton's first law of motion- states that an object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion, unless acted on by an unbalanced force. This is also known as as the law of inertia. Inertia is the natural tendency of objects to resist change in motion. An overall net force must be applied to an object before it can move. Newton's first law applies to an object whether it is moving or not.
Hope this helps!
And thank you for posting your question at here on brainly, and have a great day.
