The water of the ocean has colour due to sun light
For Example: at morning ocean is blue but when
sun sets its colour changed into red/orange.
and normal water has no colour because there
is no sunlight.

The water in ocean have colour due to the rays of sunlight , The colour differentiate according to the type of light which is passing through them .
