(NH₄)₂SO₄ + BaCl₂ → NH₄Cl + BaSO₄

First we find that 'Ba' and 'SO₄' are balanced on both sides.

Only 'NH₄' and 'Cl' are unbalanced.

First balance Cl by putting 2NH₄Cl, which in this case automatically balances 'NH₄' also.

(NH₄)₂SO₄ + BaCl₂ → 2 NH₄Cl + BaSO₄

Note that this is a simple Double displacement reaction, and these types are the easiest to balance.

Hope it helps!!
