Actually welcome to the concept of the Conjugate acid and base .....

So Basiclly the acids that donate proton or H+ ion becomes the Conjugate base ..thus here the Conjugate base is ....

NH4 =========》 NH3 + H+........

thus this is a conjugate base ......

H2O + H+ =============》 H3O+ .....this accepted the proton ...this it is a conjugate acid ......
