Nicole is counting ducks in a flock as they cross a road. The ducks begin to cross the road at 3:00 p.m. and they cross at a constant rate of three ducks per minute. After counting 51 ducks, Nicole falls asleep. She wakes up an hour and a half later, when exactly half of the total flock has crossed the road since 3:00 p.m. How many ducks are there in the entire flock? At what time will all the ducks cross the road if they continue at the same rate?
