it's 9 'o clock. In a plane mirror the object from right to left seems to be left to right. when she placed a mirror infront of the clock, the exact time in the clock is 3. when we do symmetry the number opposite to 3 is 9 in the clock. Hence the clock shows 9'o clock in the plane mirror.
