let age of Nikhil is = x

and Rajat age is = y

then their grandfather age= 2y

by first condition-

y = x + 10 ..........(i)

by second condition

x+y+2y = 150

x+3y = 150 ........(ii)

put value of 'y' in equation (ii) by equation (i)

x+3(x+10) =150

x+3x+30 =150

4x+30=150

4x=120

x=120/4

x= 30

from equation (i)

y =30+10

=40

then age of grandfather =2×40=80

so

age of Nikhil is=30

and his grandfather age = 80
