Nikhil's income=20% less than Akhil

=x-20/100×x

=4x/5

Difference between their incomes=x-(4x/5)

=(5x-4x)/ 5 =x/5

% by which Akhil's income more than that of Nikhil=(x/5)÷(4x/5)×100

=(x/5)×(5/4x)×100

=25%
