Compounded ratio is nothing but the products.
So, compounded ratio of 4:5 and 3:5 is given by:
4/5 * 3/5 =  12/25
Hence, Nikitha is wrong.
Hope it helps.

Answer:

Nikita is wrong

Correct answer is 21 : 50

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given

Ratio 1 = 3:5

Ratio 2 = 7:10

The compound ratio found by Nikita for above two ratios = 7:10

Now, lets find out whether Nikita is right or wrong

The compound ratio is found by multiplying both the ratios

\frac{3}{5}*\frac{7}{10}

This can be simplified as

\frac{3*7}{5*10}

\frac{21}{50}

It can be written as

21 : 50

so our compound ratio is 21 : 50
