Solution:

The average speed between 10: 15 am is 11: 05 am

Distance covered between  10: 15 am is 11: 05 am / Time between (11 : 05 - 10 : 15 )

time = 50 mins

Area = (1/2) (2 + 6) * 15   + 6 * 10  + (1/2)(6 + 10)20 + (1/2)(10 + 8)5

=  60 + 60 + 160 + 45

= 325

Average speed  = 325/50

= 6.5  m/s

The average speed between 10: 15 am is 11: 05 am  = 6.5  m/s
