nilima observed that in their farm house there where a pumkin plant which had many flowers but the base of two flower get swollen up.

1. what was that swollen part called ?

2. why the other flowers did not have such growth ? ​

the swollen part is called bulb.

the other flowers did not have such growth because the other plants were not evolved to store starch in the area...pls mark as brainliest... hope it helps.. :D
