Nissi’s granules is absent in the A) Axons.

Nissi’s granules are rough endoplasmic reticulum organelles which are present along with the ribosomes. Since they contain the ribosomes they are responsible for the protein synthesis of the cells.

The axon depends on the cyton for its protein and hence it does not contain the Nissi’s granules. During certain pathological conditions dissolution of the Nissi’s granules takes place leaving the cell without protein.
