No, Nitin's statement is wrong.It is because the noble gases are used in daily life but not frequently.If they have a stable electronic configuration tat is they have 8 electrons that doesn't mean they are useless. eg:helium is one of the inert gases tat is used to fill the balloons(which goes too high)
