Option “D” is correct i.e. all of these

• Nitrene is obtained from NaNO2, NaOH, HNO3, and also from NaOBr because there are all azides.

• There are two shared ways to make nitrenes: From azides by thermolysis or photolysis, with the exclusion of nitrogen gas.  

• This method is equivalent to the formation of carbenes from diazo compounds
