when individual are exposed to high concentration of Nitrogen Dioxide,it might develop bronchial pneumonia, acute bronchitis, dyspnea, cyanosis, chess pain, rales, headaches, eye irritation, a dry nonproductive cough, and vomiting. Such effects usually are resolved in hours but sometimes are followed by a relapse with shortness of breath, cough, cyanosis, and fever. In addition to its effect on the lung, NO2 can transform hemoglobin to MetHb.
