I don’t exactly get your question,but I have an answer,

Nitrogen fixation is conversion of atmospheric nitrogen (N) into : ammonia (NH3) which is biotic/useful form for plants for food , later animals and humans eat those plants and the ammonia enters our body in a required rate. Back to the point:

Atmospheric nitrogen is also converted into (NO2) nitrite,(NO3) nitrate,(NH4)ammonium

*Tough nitrogen bond can be broken by lightning force and rhizobium bacterium by nitrogenase enzyme into useful forms of nitrogen.
