Nitrogen forms hydrogen bonding while chlorine does not

Even though the electronegativity of both is same, hydrogen forms a bond but chlorine does not. This is because of the large sized particles.Hydrogen has the power of polarisation bonding so it forms polar bond. But chlorine does not have this property.
