Nitrogen is less reactive at room temperature give reason

because nitrogen is having triple Bond in the room temperature or in simple state so that's why it is looks like non reactive atom

Nitrogen has triple bond and on room temperature its very difficult to break the bond .So the nitrogen is less even unreactive at room temperature . To break the triple bond of nitrogen we need sufficient temperature.
